 12 oz bag of herb seasoned stuffing
 1 stick butter
 3 stalks celery
 1 cup diced onion
 2 cups chicken broth
 1 honeycrisp apple

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dice 3 stalks celery, 1 large onion, and 1 honeycrisp apple.

Over medium heat melt 1 stick of butter. Add celery, onion, and apple. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until tender.

In a large bowl combine stuffing mix, 2 cups of chicken broth, and sauteed veggies and apples. Add to a 2 qt baking dish and wrap with foil. Cook for about 30 minutes.
