 1 cup tomato (or sushi grade ahi tuna)seeds removed
 1 cup edamame
 ½ cup radishsliced
 ½ avocadosliced
 1 cup cooked white rice
 2 cups spring mix
 ½ cup carrotssliced
 ½ cup cucumbersliced
 2 green onionsliced tops only
 slice jalapenooptional
 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 2 tbsp cilantro

 ½ cup soy sauce
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 1 tsp rice vinegar
 1 pinch red pepper flakes
 ¼ tsp ginger

 2 tbsp mayo
 2 tbsp sriracha

Cut tomatoes into bit sized pieces, discard seeds.

Mix 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1/4 tsp ginger, and desired amount of red pepper flakes. Add chopped tomato or ahi tuna. Allow to marinate for about 30 minutes.

Fill bowl with 1/2 cup white rice and 1 cup spring mix. Add 1/4 sliced avocado, 1/2 cup edamame, 1/4 cup carrots, 1/4 cups cucumber, 1/4 cups radish, 1 tbsp cilantro, a few slices of jalapeno if you like spice. Top with 1/2 cup marinated tomatoes (or ahi tuna), sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds and sliced green onion.

Mix 2 tbsp mayo, 2 tbsp sriracha, and a couple drops of sesame oil. Drizzle over bowl after it is assembled.
