Lemon butter pasta with capers and artichokes

 8 oz angel hair pastaor pasta of your choice
 2 cups artichokes hearts
 2 tbsp olive oil
 4 tbsp butter
 ¼ cup capers
 2 tsp lemon zest
 4 tbsp lemon juice
 2 tbsp parsley
 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Cook 8 oz of angel hair pasta according the package instructions.

In a saute pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 4 tbsp butter over medium high heat. Add 4 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp lemon zest, 1/4 cup capers, and 2 cups artichoke. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine pasta with lemon butter sauce. Top with 2 tbsp grated parmesan and 2 tbsp parsley.
