baked orange cauliflower

THIS IS AMAZING. This baked orange cauliflower is a serious take out substitute and it doesn’t even feel like you’re giving anything up. I sometimes find myself missing the meat when I try to swap it out in classic recipes, but not with this one! This felt super indulgent and really satisfied my chinese food craving.

I will say, the leftovers did not hold up well so I would hold off on this recipe when meal prepping. I recommend to eat it all the same day or you could try skipping the coating on the cauliflower in order for the leftovers to keep better.
