roasted brussels sprouts

Absolutely obsessed with brussels sprouts. Oven roasted is the best way to prepare them in my opinion…and it is sooo easy. Simply preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Cut those babies in half

Coat them with some olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Roast them until they’re crispy and golden on the outside, and tender on the inside.

 2 cups brussels sprouts
 2 tbsp olive oil
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Slice brussels in half. In a bowl combine brussels sprouts, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix to coat brussels sprouts.

Spread brussels in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until starting to brown. Flip and cook an additional 5 minutes or until slightly charred and cooked through.
