thanksgiving stuffing

Stuffing is probably my favorite thanksgiving food. I have been making it the same way since I was little..I have tried to stray and make it completely from scratch or add different items, but I always come back to this recipe. It uses store bought, pre seasoned stuffing mix so you don’t have to mess with letting fresh bread dry out or chopping up herbs. I figure when you have a ton of other food to prepare you can save yourself a few steps on your stuffing.

This side dish varies regionally as far and name and ingredients go. Some people call it stuffing, some call it dressing. Some people use cornbread..put sausage or chestnuts in it. This stuffing is the epitome of tradition for me.
