 1.50 cups snap peassliced
 1 cup baby carrotssliced
 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 1 cup red bell pepperthinly sliced
dressing
 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
 1 tsp sesame oil
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 1 tbsp olive oil

cut off ends of sugar snap peas, pulling off string along the back (not necessary but eats a little nicer)

thinly slice sugar snap peas
shred red cabbage
slice baby carrots
thinly slice red bell pepper

in a small bowl combine dressing ingredients:
1 tbsp hoisin
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil

in a large bowl toss dressing with vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
