spicy cilantro lime grilled shrimp skewers

Yields1 Serving

 24 large tail on shrimppeeled and deveined
marinade
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 garlic clovepressed
 ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper
 1 limejuiced
 2 tbsp cilantro
 ¼ tsp paprika
 ½ tsp fresh thyme
  tsp onion powder

If using wooden skewers, soak in water before grilling.

Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne, lime juice, cilantro, thyme, paprika, and onion powder. Add shrimp to marinade and let sit for about 15 minutes.

Heat grill to high. While grill is heating place shrimp on skewers.

Grill 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp is opaque. Be careful not to overcook!
