 2 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
 6 oz sparkling wine or champagne
 sprigs of fresh rosemary
 simple syrup if needed

add 2oz of fresh grapefruit juice to a champagne flute. (If your grapefruit is too tart or you like a sweeter mimosa add 1 oz simple syrup)
