asian cabbage salad

This is the kind of salad that is perfect for summer. It’s crunchy and bright and will leave you feeling fulfilled and light at the same time!

Yields1 Serving

 4 cups shredded purple cabbage
 1 can mandarin oranges
 1 cup stredded carrots
 1 cup sliced radish
 3 green onions
 ½ cup slivered almonds
dressing
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp sesame oil
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tsp brown sugar
 ½ tsp ground ginger
garnish
 1 tbsp sesame seeds
