My kitchen is…inconsistent. Sometimes I’m on a diet, sometimes I’m not. Catch me on a Thursday avoiding animal products and on Friday I’m grilling ribeyes. Cooking for a crowd vs. cooking for one. One thing that stays constant… I LOVE food. My taste ranges from high end to cheap and comforting. Healthy or gluttonous, and mostly from scratch I want to share my love of food with anyone who will listen.
